Bandhan Bank ESOP Allotment: 10,415 Equity Shares Issued to Employees
Bandhan Bank allotted 10,415 equity shares under ESOP Series 1, raising its paid-up share capital after employees exercised vested options.

Bandhan Bank ESOP allotment was approved on August 7, 2026, with the private-sector lender issuing 10,415 equity shares to eligible employees, according to a filing submitted to BSE. The allotment followed the exercise of vested options under the Bandhan Bank Employee Stock Option Plan Series 1.
The bank said its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each. All the newly issued shares are fully paid-up.
New shares carry equal rights
The equity shares allotted under ESOP Series 1 will rank pari passu with Bandhan Bank's existing equity shares in all respects, including eligibility for dividend. This means the new shares will carry the same rights as the bank's currently outstanding equity shares. The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements framework.

Before the allotment, the issued and paid-up equity share capital stood at Rs 16,11,10,11,650, divided into 1,61,11,01,165 equity shares of the same face value. The change reflects the addition of 10,415 shares issued upon the exercise of employee stock options.
