Vaibhav Suryavanshi bows down to MS Dhoni, signs off from IPL 2025 with blessings

14-year-old Rajasthan Royals opener Vaibhav Suryavanshi signed off from the Indian Premier League's 2025 season with MS Dhoni's blessings on Tuesday. After Rajasthan's win against Chennai Super Kings at the Arun Jaitley Stadium on May 20, Vaibhav bowed down to the legendary captain and touched his feet, seeking blessings.
On Tuesday, Vaibhav Suryavanshi showed incredible maturity and played against his grain. Vaibhav played classical shots, in a calculated manner to set up Rajasthan's first-ever successful chase in the tournament. Vaibhav scored 57 runs off 33 balls, helping Rajasthan secure a huge victory over Chennai.
Rajasthan Royals chased down 188 runs in just 17.1 overs on Tuesday, ending their season on a high. Apart from Suryavanshi, Yashasvi Jaiswal (36 off 19), Sanju Samson (41 off 31), and Dhruv Jurel (31* off 12) guided Rajasthan to a six-wicket win over CSK.
