HUDCO and MPUDCL ink MoU worth Rs 1 lakh crore in Indore to boost housing and infrastructure
HUDCO signs MoU with MPUDCL to provide Rs 1 lakh crore for housing and infrastructure development in Madhya Pradesh over five years.

Indore – HUDCO has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding with Madhya Pradesh Urban Development Company Limited (MPUDCL) to provide up to Rs 1 lakh crore in financial assistance over five years for housing and infrastructure development across Madhya Pradesh.
The signing ceremony took place in Indore on July 11, 2025, and was attended by dignitaries including Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav, Urban Development and Housing Minister Shri Kailash Vijayvargiya, HUDCO CMD Shri Sanjay Kulshrestha, and other senior officials.
As part of the MoU, HUDCO will not only offer funding support but also extend consultancy services and conduct capacity-building programs to facilitate effective implementation of the projects.
This collaboration aims to accelerate urban transformation in Madhya Pradesh through integrated and sustainable development of housing and infrastructure, contributing to the state’s socio-economic growth.
The announcement was shared with stock exchanges and signed by Vikas Goyal, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of HUDCO.
