SJ Corporation name change to Fishfa Industries Limited was among the proposals its board approved on October 3, 2026, according to a BSE filing. The board also approved shifting the registered office from Mumbai to Rajkot, requests to reclassify two promoter-group members as public shareholders, and a change in its company secretary.

The proposed name is Fishfa Industries Limited, or another available name, subject to name availability approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and approvals from shareholders and the Central Government. The board also approved consequential alterations to the memorandum and articles of association, subject to members' approval. The filing therefore does not represent a completed name change.

The board approved moving the registered office from Malad East, Mumbai, Maharashtra, to Plot No. G-1357/58/59/60, Lodhika GIDC, Metoda, Rajkot, Gujarat, with effect from October 3, 2026.

Promoter reclassification requests approved

The board accepted requests received on September 24, 2026, from two promoter-group members to move to the public category under Regulation 31A of SEBI's listing regulations:

  • Savji D Patel holds no shares in the company.
  • Ushaben Savjibhai Patel holds 10,00,000 equity shares, representing 2.31%.

The minutes state that the applicants do not control the company's affairs, participate in management decisions or hold special rights. The board's acceptance remains subject to shareholder and stock exchange or other regulatory approvals, as applicable.

The minutes also record that Savji D Patel is acquiring company land. Shareholders approved that transaction at the annual general meeting on September 28, 2026, and registration is under process.
