WeWork India opens centres in Whitefield and Wakad, adding about 2.25 lakh sq. ft. and over 4,500 desks across two established commercial office markets.

WeWork India expansion across Bengaluru and Pune has added approximately 2.25 lakh sq. ft. and over 4,500 desks, the company announced in a BSE filing on October 5, 2026. WeWork India Management Ltd opened Infinix Palladium in Whitefield, Bengaluru, and Millennium Towers in Wakad, Pune, extending its flexible workspace portfolio.
The centres cater to enterprises, global capability centres (GCCs) and growing businesses. The company said the locations reflect businesses’ increasing focus on access to talent, residential neighbourhoods, transport and everyday amenities when selecting offices.
Whitefield centre offers enterprise scale
WeWork Infinix Palladium occupies a standalone building spanning the ground to sixth floor, along with a terrace. It covers approximately 1.7 lakh sq. ft. with over 3,100 desks, allowing larger teams to consolidate operations within one property.
The centre is a four-minute walk from Singayyanapalya Metro Station. Its amenities include a recovery room, gym and game zone. As of Q1 FY27, WeWork India’s Bengaluru portfolio comprised 30 centres covering 3.3 million sq. ft. and 51,700 desks.
Wakad opening builds on managed office presence
WeWork Millennium Towers occupies the 16th and 17th floors and provides approximately 55,000 sq. ft. and 1,400 desks. Wakad sits between the Hinjewadi employment hub and the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, with residential, retail, healthcare and recreational infrastructure nearby.
The company said it had already leased close to 1.8 lakh sq. ft. to enterprise clients through its Managed Office offering within the same asset. This is separate from the newly announced centre space.
- The Millennium Towers building is LEED Platinum certified, with solar power, smart building management systems, rainwater harvesting and provision for green power.
- The wider tech park offers sports facilities, a crèche, event spaces, cafés and more than 75 dining experiences.
WeWork India’s Pune portfolio stood at eight centres spanning 0.8 million sq. ft. and 14,400 desks as of Q1 FY27.
Arnav S. Gusain, Chief Supply Officer of WeWork India and CEO of Rivet by WeWork India, said businesses increasingly consider how easily employees can travel between home, work and other daily destinations.
The release states that WeWork India operates 79 centres across 9.1 million sq. ft. in eight cities, serving over 113,000 members. The company listed on the NSE and BSE in FY26; its NSE symbol is WEWORK and BSE scrip code is 544570.
