Shreenath Paper Products Details SPIPL Operations, Consolidation After Stake Rises to 75%
Shreenath Paper Products says its 75% subsidiary SPIPL already manufactures sublimation paper; financial consolidation applies from September 24, 2026.

Shreenath Paper Products Ltd said in a BSE filing dated October 3, 2026, that Shreenath Paper Industries Private Limited (SPIPL) was already operating before becoming its subsidiary on September 24, 2026. The company also outlined the accounting treatment of SPIPL following the change in its ownership status.
SPIPL became a subsidiary after Shreenath Paper Products increased its equity shareholding from 50% to 75%. The latest disclosure follows earlier filings covering SPIPL’s incorporation, approval for the acquisition of its equity shares and completion of that acquisition.
The October 3 filing provides further information about the subsidiary’s existing business and the inclusion of its financial information in the parent’s consolidated financial statements. It was submitted under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Existing sublimation paper operations
SPIPL is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of sublimation paper. Its manufacturing facility is located at Plot Nos. 3810 to 3821, near Super Gas Co., GIDC, Sarigam, Gujarat.
The company clarified that these business operations had commenced before SPIPL acquired subsidiary status. The filing therefore distinguishes the operating status of the business from the date on which the parent’s increased shareholding made it a subsidiary.
The disclosures cited in the filing trace the ownership developments:
- July 10, 2026: Disclosure regarding SPIPL’s incorporation.
- September 19, 2026: Disclosure regarding approval for the acquisition of SPIPL equity shares.
- September 24, 2026: Disclosure regarding completion of the equity share acquisition.
Consolidation from September 24
SPIPL’s financial information will be considered for consolidation from September 24, 2026, the date it became a subsidiary. Shreenath Paper Products said this treatment would follow applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
The parent will make the requisite disclosures relating to its consolidated financial results under the applicable SEBI LODR provisions. The October 3 update did not provide SPIPL’s revenue, profit or the consideration paid for the additional equity shares. Shreenath Paper Products is identified in the filing by BSE scrip code 544372.
