Ramco Systems payroll platform Ramco Payce will be offered to Altron’s enterprise customers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia through a partnership announced in a BSE filing on October 5, 2026. The agreement was entered into by Ramco Systems FZ-LLC, the company’s wholly owned subsidiary.

Altron, a South African technology group, operates in the two markets through Altron Middle East Technologies LLC and Altron Alarabia Company Limited. The partnership combines Ramco’s payroll software with Altron’s regional implementation and customer support capabilities.

The release did not disclose a contract value or revenue estimate for the arrangement. Ramco submitted the release to the exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.

Local delivery and Saudi data residency

The companies outlined the following division of responsibilities:

  • Altron will manage implementation, front-line support and commercial terms for its enterprise customers.
  • Ramco will provide the software, secure cloud hosting and advanced technical support.
  • The offering includes data residency options in Saudi Arabia to address local compliance requirements.

Craig Cocker, Managing Director of Altron Middle East and Altron Alarabia, said the addition of Ramco Payce extends Altron’s existing workforce services, which cover scheduling, attendance, leave and labour costs, into payroll. He pointed to local teams in Dubai and Riyadh and payroll requirements involving WPS in the UAE and GOSI and Mudad in Saudi Arabia.

Ramco Systems Chief Executive Officer Sandesh Bilagi said the arrangement pairs Ramco’s product expertise with Altron’s proximity to enterprise customers in both countries.

Ramco Payce’s existing reach

According to the release, Ramco Payce serves more than 500 customers worldwide and offers payroll coverage across more than 150 countries. It integrates with leading human capital management providers and is available as a platform or managed service.

The product includes self-service reporting, an actionable payroll workspace and a quick implementation toolkit intended to simplify deployment. Ramco also uses robotic process automation, artificial intelligence and machine learning in its payroll offering.

Rohit Mathur, Executive VP and SBU Head–Global Payroll & HR at Ramco Systems, said the product is designed to incorporate evolving Gulf payroll regulations into the pay cycle.
