Embassy Developments Clocks Over ₹1,800 Crore Pre-Sales at Embassy Origins Launch
Embassy Developments reported over ₹1,800 crore in Embassy Origins launch pre-sales, with 477 homes booked and 62% absorption within a week of its launch.

Embassy Developments announced pre-sales of over ₹1,800 crore at its Embassy Origins residential development in North Bengaluru, according to an October 5, 2026 BSE filing. The 85-acre development secured bookings for 477 homes spanning over 10 lakh sq. ft. of saleable area within a week of its September 16 launch.
The company reported 62% absorption of launched units during that period. Located north of Yelahanka, Embassy Origins brings together villa and apartment offerings through two RERA-registered projects in its first phase.
The figures relate to pre-sales and home bookings reported by the company. In the release, management linked the launch response to visibility on FY27 pre-sales and cash flows, without providing a numerical forecast for either measure.
Phase 1 spans two residential projects
The first phase offers approximately 2.6 million sq. ft. of saleable residential space across:
- Embassy Riverine: 217 villas in 4, 4.5 and 5 BHK configurations, covering approximately 1.1 million sq. ft. of saleable area.
- Embassy South Reserve: 855 apartments ranging from studios to 3.5 BHK homes, covering approximately 1.5 million sq. ft.
The company said all RERA approvals for Phase 1 were secured before launch. It described the development as approximately 20 minutes from Kempegowda International Airport and connected to North Bengaluru’s business and lifestyle hubs.
Bengaluru-based Bhumiputra Architecture, led by Principal Architect Alok Shetty, designed and landscaped the community. Its masterplan includes an approximately 41-acre riparian corridor linking five interconnected lakes, following the site’s natural slope and water systems.
Management outlines next-phase plans
Reeza Sebastian, Chief Revenue Officer—Residential, described the response as one of the strongest launches in the company’s history. She said Embassy Developments intends to build on it through the next phase of Embassy Origins and its wider North Bengaluru pipeline.
The release also cited the earlier sell-outs of Embassy Greenshore and Embassy Verde Phase II. At Embassy Origins, approximately 4,000 native trees across more than 100 species, raised in an on-site nursery, form a continuous green spine through the development.
Embassy Developments, formerly Equinox India Developments Limited, is listed on BSE under scrip code 532832 and on NSE under the symbol EMBDL.
