DLF's The Aureva, a luxury retirement housing project in Sector 63, Gurugram, has sold out completely, the company said in a BSE filing on October 4, 2026. The development achieved sales of approximately ₹1,985 crore, according to the accompanying release.

The project comprises 172 luxury residences across approximately 1.6870 hectares, or 4.17 acres. It has a total carpet area exceeding 37,540 square metres, equivalent to over 4 lakh square feet, and a total saleable area of over 7.5 lakh square feet.

DLF attributed the sales response to demand for luxury retirement communities combining wellbeing, convenience, healthcare access and social engagement. The disclosed amount represents project sales; the release does not provide a corresponding profit figure or revenue recognition schedule.

Retirement housing with integrated healthcare access

Conceived as a G+45-floor standalone tower, The Aureva offers four-bedroom residences with dedicated staff dormitories, private decks and premium finishes. Each residence includes three dedicated parking spaces, while universally accessible design elements aim to support comfort, safety and ease of movement.

The planned facilities span several aspects of daily living:

  • A luxury clubhouse, fitness and wellness facilities, indoor swimming pool, spa, yoga pavilion and meditation centre.
  • A library, banquet space, landscaped garden and outdoor areas for gatherings and community activities.
  • A professionally managed on-site medical centre with emergency response support and need-based healthcare access.

Aakash Ohri, Managing Director and Chief Business Officer of DLF Home Developers Ltd., said the project brings wellness, hospitality, healthcare and luxury living together. He described its design as responding to homeowners seeking independence, convenience and a stronger sense of community in retirement.
