Bajaj Finance AUM grew 26.5% year-on-year to approximately ₹584,750 crore as of 30 September 2026, the company said in a BSE filing dated 3 October 2026. The consolidated business update for the quarter ended September also reported higher customer numbers and new loan bookings.

Assets under management stood at ₹462,261 crore as of 30 September 2025. During Q2 FY27, Bajaj Finance added approximately ₹37,800 crore to AUM, with the filing providing both the annual comparison and the increase during the quarter.

The company’s customer franchise reached 128.85 million at the end of September 2026, compared with 110.64 million a year earlier. It added 4.42 million customers during Q2 FY27. These figures cover the consolidated business, alongside the AUM, loan booking and deposit disclosures in the filing.

Loan bookings rise, with a festival timing caveat

Bajaj Finance booked 13.45 million new loans in Q2 FY27, an increase of 11% from 12.17 million in Q2 FY26. However, the company explicitly cautioned that year-on-year volume growth was not comparable because the festival season began earlier last year.

That qualification accompanies the reported loan growth figure and is relevant when reading the comparison between the two September quarters. The filing did not provide an adjusted loan growth rate to account for the difference in festival timing.

  • Q2 FY27 new loans booked: 13.45 million.
  • Q2 FY26 new loans booked: 12.17 million.
  • Reported year-on-year growth: 11%, subject to the company’s comparability caveat.

Deposit book at approximately ₹69,750 crore

The company’s deposit book stood at approximately ₹69,750 crore as of 30 September 2026. The update supplied the closing deposit balance without a corresponding year-earlier figure or a growth rate.

Bajaj Finance submitted the information under Regulation 30 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, read with the cited provisions of the Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations.

The company said all the disclosed business figures were provisional and subject to review by its statutory auditors. The filing provides operating data for Q2 FY27 rather than reviewed quarterly earnings.
