Tirupati Sarjan Director Appointments: Shareholders Approve Patel and Trivedi
Tirupati Sarjan shareholders approved Ruchir Patel's reappointment and Bharat Trivedi's independent director appointment, the company told BSE on October 2.

Tirupati Sarjan director appointments received shareholder approval at the company's 31st Annual General Meeting, according to a BSE filing dated October 2, 2026. The company disclosed Ruchir Rushikeshbhai Patel's reappointment as Executive Director and the regularisation of Bharat Trivedi's appointment as Non-Executive Independent Director, both dated September 30, 2026 in the filing's annexure.
The disclosure follows the board's September 1, 2026 meeting, when directors approved the proposals subject to shareholder consent. Tirupati Sarjan had informed BSE of those decisions through a letter issued on the same day.
The company said the board's decisions were based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee. Its latest filing confirms that shareholders approved both resolutions placed before the annual general meeting.
Two director resolutions approved
- Ruchir Rushikeshbhai Patel, DIN 03185133, was reappointed as Executive Director. He was due to retire by rotation at the AGM and, being eligible, had offered himself for reappointment.
- Bharat Trivedi, DIN 07820494, had his appointment regularised as a Non-Executive Independent Director. The annexure identifies him as Bharat P. Trivedi.
The two resolutions concern different board positions: Patel continues in an executive role through reappointment, while Trivedi's resolution regularises his appointment to a non-executive independent role. The company reported both outcomes under the management-change disclosure submitted to BSE for scrip code 531814.
Professional backgrounds disclosed
Patel is a civil engineer with a B.Tech in Civil Engineering and an M.S. in Construction Management from the United States. The company reported that he has more than 16 years of experience in construction and infrastructure.
Trivedi is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds bachelor's degrees in commerce and law. His profile cites knowledge of corporate laws and legal compliance matters, alongside more than 37 years of banking-sector experience.
The company stated that neither director is debarred from holding the office of director by any SEBI order or other such authority. It marked the disclosure of relationships between directors as not applicable for both appointees.
