Engineering and construction company ITD Cementation India Limited has secured two major contracts with a total estimated value of 960 crore excluding GST.

The first contract includes various construction works at Trivandrum International Airport in Kerala. The second is for building a multi storied commercial complex in Kolkata West Bengal. The company has not revealed the names of the clients or the expected completion timelines.

In its financial performance for the fourth quarter ending March 31 ITD Cementation posted a 27 percent increase in net profit year on year reaching 113 point 6 crore. The companys revenue also rose by nearly 10 percent year on year to 2478 point 7 crore driven by consistent execution of key projects.

Operating profit for the quarter climbed 18 percent to 259 point 6 crore improving the operating margin to 10 point 5 percent compared to 9 point 8 percent in the same period last year.

The board of directors has recommended a dividend of 2 rupees per equity share for the financial year 2024 to 2025.

Shares of ITD Cementation India Limited ended the day at 810 point 75 on the Bombay Stock Exchange marking an increase of 10 point 40 or 1 point 30 percent.
